23-day In-Person Qigong Teacher Training Course
To become a Level 1 200hr Certified Forest Rock Qigong Teacher, trainees must complete:
Training Curriculum
Full attendance of the 23-day Training including the three Qigong systems: Shi Ba Shi, Five Element & Heaven to Earth and their related TCM content.
TCM lessons, Teaching Methodology, Business Fundamentals & Introduction to Neuroscience.
An essay on one of the Qi Gong system and teaching assessments.

Live Online Training
9-week Live Online Level 1 200hr Qigong Teacher Training Course
Training Curriculum
Complete the 9-week live online training including the
three Qigong systems: Shi Ba Shi, Five Element &
Heaven to Earth and their related TCM content.
TCM lessons, Teaching Methodology, Business Fundamentals & Introduction to Neuroscience.
Post Course Requirements For Certification
Registered 15hr independent teaching,
A written Qigong System review & recorded teaching demonstration.

Self Paced Online Trainings
Get Certified Online and learn at your own pace
To become a Level 1 200hr Certified Forest Rock Qigong Teacher, trainees must complete the following:

3 online courses or 3 Course Bundle: Shi Ba Shi,
Five Elements & Heaven to Earth Qigong and their related TCM content.
Module II.
TCM lessons, Teaching Methodology, Business Fundamentals & Introduction to Neuroscience.
Module III.
Registered 15hr independent teaching, a written
Qigong system review & recorded teaching demonstration.
