While there will be plenty of time for rest and integration, the training can be a very consuming experience. For that reason, we recommend that you bring everything you need with you.
Also pack comfortable hiking shoes (trainers are fine) and clothes for a mountain hike.
It can get cooler in the evenings in Ubud so you will need some long sleeve pants and tops like warm hoodies and tracksuit pants.
We suggest packing:
- Comfortable clothes for practicing Qigong
- Warm clothes, it gets cool in the eveningsÂ
- Pool necessities, including swimsuit & sunscreen
- Comfortable footwear
- Toiletries, including natural mosquito repellent
It will be provided in the training shala and during all class and activities - Any special medications
- Class notebook, personal journal, pens
- Electric adapter (two round pins, 220 volt)
- Refillable water bottle
