Three Individual Three Day Live In-Person Courses
To become a 200hr Certified Level One Forest Rock Qigong teacher, trainees must complete the following:
In this Option, you need to attend three individual three day live in-person courses as part of Module I and you will need to complete Module II (online) and Module III after you have attended the live courses.You will need to complete all three Modules to complete your 200hr QTT Certification.
Module I.
Practical exercise lessons and medical application lectures.

- Twenty-four recorded live practices, eight recorded live practices of each of the three Qigong systems.

Module III.
Personal Teaching Hours, Teaching Video & Essay
1. Teaching Demonstration
During the Live In-Person Courses, you will be required to demonstrate teaching each Qigong system.
2. Registered Independent Teaching Hours
A minimum of 15 hours documented personal Qigong teaching. A form will be supplied to be filled out with dates, locations, times, number of students, duration of the classes and total hours of teaching.
The size of the class is a minimum of two students. This can be done in-person or online and the recording must show the teacher and the students as well.
Note: The documented independent teaching hours are required to be completed within six months after the completion of your in-person Qigong course training and the documentation needs to be submitted within this time to receive your certification.
3. Qigong System Written Review (300 – 500 words)
You are required to write a minimum of 300 words about your experience of any one of the Forest Rock Qigong Systems of the QTT.
Please, include your insights, thoughts and anything else you found valuable, while practicing the exercises and participating in the theoretical discussion about the theory of this system.
You can write about why you like this system, the experience you may have felt, while practicing it and what part of the system’s theory and philosophy was inspiring to you.
This is required to be submitted within six months from the completion of the required course to receive the 200hr QTT certification.
Note: The recorded Registered Independent Teaching hours are required to be completed within six months after the completion of your Qigong course training hours and the documentation needs to be submitted within this time to receive your certification.
