Step-by-Step Guide
  1. Begin with your hands at your sides, palms facing down.
  2. Lower yourself slightly and bring your right hand down while the left hand moves up, both palms facing upward.
  3. Straighten your legs and move both hands back to the sides, palms facing down.
  4. Swap sides, lowering yourself again and moving the other hand down while the opposite hand moves up.
  5. Continue this flowing movement, creating a yin-yang symbol with your body.
Breathing Pattern
  • Inhale as you straighten and lift.
  • Exhale as you lower yourself into the movement.
