While there will be plenty of time for rest and integration, the training can be a very consuming experience. For that reason, we recommend that you bring everything you need with you.
Also pack comfortable hiking shoes (trainers are fine) and clothes for a mountain hike. It can get cooler in the evenings in Ubud so you will need some long sleeve pants and tops like warm hoodies and tracksuit pants. We suggest packing:
• Comfortable clothes for practicing Qi Gong
• Warm clothes, it gets cool in the evenings
• Pool necessities, including swimsuit & sunscreen
• Comfortable footwear
• Toiletries, including natural mosquito repellent. It will be provided in the training shala and during all class and activities
• Any special medications
• Class notebook, personal journal, pens
• Electric adapter (two round pins, 220 volt)
• Refillable water bottle
