Retreat Cancellation Policy

There are two elements of your Retreat purchase: your Retreat Fee (Regular / Early Bird) and your Accommodation Cost (if applicable).

Cancellation Policy | Course Fee

1. Retreat Fee: No Cash Refunds

If you cancel your attendance, your retreat fee is not refundable in cash.

2. Retreat Fee: Your Deposit

(If applicable)

Your $500 USD (IDR 8,3 Mil) deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to future retreats. However, you can transfer it to another person along with your training fee for the same retreats.

2. Retreat Fee: Transfer Options

You have two options:

Transfer your retreat fee to someone else for the same retreat, or
Transfer your retreat fee to a future Forest Rock Qigong event.

3. Retreat Fee: Transferring to Another Person

If you transfer your retreat fee to someone else for the same retreat, the retreat fee retains its full value, and the new attendee can join at no extra cost.

4. Retreat Fee: Transferring to a Future Event

If you choose to transfer your Retreat fee to a future event, the $500 USD (IDR 8,3 Mil) deposit is automatically deducted. The remaining value you can transfer depends on when you notify us in advance to the original retreat date:

≥ 120 days before the retreat: 100% of (retreat fee value minus deposit) can be transferred.
90–120 days before the retreat: 80% of (retreat fee value minus deposit) can be transferred.
60–90 days before the retreat: 50% of (retreat fee value minus deposit) can be transferred.
30–60 days before the retreat: 25% of (retreat fee value minus deposit) can be transferred.
Less than 30 days before the retreat: No transfers or refunds are available.

5. Retreat Fee: Validity of Transfer

If the new retreat costs more: The difference must be paid.
If the new retreat costs less: No refunds or transfers of the excess amount.
If you originally paid for the Regular Price, you are not eligible for Early Bird Rate on the new retreat.
Retreat fee transfers are valid for 12 months from the original retreat’s date.

6. Retreat Fee: No-Shows

If you don’t attend the retreat without notifying us, your retreat fee cannot be refunded or transferred.

7. Retreat Fee: Processing Fee

A 5% processing fee applies to all transfers to a future retreat. However, you may transfer your registration to another person at no fee anytime.

8. Retreat Fee: Transfer Limit

If you have already cancelled your original attendance and transferred to another retreat, you cannot make another cancellation & transfer. You can only do so once per purchase.

Cancellation Policy | Accommodation Cost

1. Accommodation Cost: Refundable in Cash

If you cancel your attendance and you’ve booked to stay with us, your accommodation cost can be refunded in cash.

2. Accommodation Cost: Options to Transfer or Refund

You have two options:

Transfer your accommodation cost along with your deposit and course fee to someone else for the same course, or
Refund your accommodation cost in cash.

3. Accommodation Cost: Transferring to Another Person

If you transfer your accommodation cost, deposit, and course fee to someone else for the same course, the accommodation cost retains its full value, and the new attendee can join with no extra payment.

4. Accommodation Cost: Refund Rates

If you choose to refund your accommodation, the value refunded depends on when you notify us in advance to the original course date:

≥ 120 days before the retreat: 100% of accommodation cost can be refunded.
90–120 days before the retreat: 80% of accommodation cost can be refunded.
60–90 days before the retreat: 50% of accommodation cost can be refunded.
0–60 days before the retreat: No transfers or refunds are available.

5. Accommodation Cost: No-Shows
