Forest Rock Qigong Referral Program
Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Forest Rock Qigong Referral Program ("Program"). By signing up as an affiliate or referring participants to our courses or training programs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement").
This Agreement outlines the rules, commission structure, and general guidelines for promoting Forest Rock Qigong courses and training programs.

2. Eligibility
To participate in this Program, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid bank account or other approved payment method.
• Not engage in deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding marketing and referrals.
Forest Rock Qigong reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn the following commissions for each successful referral:
✅ $20 per sale for a Short Course
✅ $150 per sale for a Long Training
A sale is considered successful when:
1. The referred student completes payment for the Course or Training.
2. The student shares the referrer’s unique code at the time of registration.
3. The student completes the whole duration of the Course or Training.
4. The student does not cancel
5. The student does not transfer to another Course or Training.
**No commission will be paid if the student cancels or transfers to another Course or Training.

4. Payouts & Payment Terms
• Payments are made via [Bank Transfer / Other Approved Payment Methods].
• No minimum payout threshold – all earned commissions will be paid.
• Payouts are processed two (2) weeks after the referred student has completed the Course or Training to account for any cancellations or transfers.
• Affiliates must ensure that their payment details are accurate. Forest Rock Qigong is not responsible for lost payments due to incorrect information.

5. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates can promote the Course through:
✅ Social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
✅ Blogs, websites, and content marketing
✅ Email newsletters (must comply with anti-spam regulations)
** Prohibited Marketing Practices:
• No false or misleading claims about the Course.
• No bidding on Forest Rock Qigong trademarks in paid advertisements.
• No spammy, unsolicited emails or messages.
• No coupon websites or unauthorized discount claims.
Violation of these guidelines may result in termination from the affiliate program and forfeiture of commissions.

6. Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers
• If a student cancels or requests a refund, the affiliate commission is voided.
• If a student transfers to another Course or Training, the commission is voided.
• If a chargeback or dispute occurs, the commission will be deducted from future payouts.

7. Termination & Suspension
• Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time.
• Forest Rock Qigong may terminate an affiliate for violating these Terms & Conditions.
• Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may/may not be paid at Forest Rock Qigong’s discretion.

8. Liability & Disclaimers
• Affiliates are responsible for their marketing efforts and compliance with laws.
• Forest Rock Qigong is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Participation in the Program does not establish any partnership, employment, or joint venture.

9. Modifications to Terms
• Forest Rock Qigong reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email.
