4-Day Course Cancellation Policy

There are two elements of your 4-Day Course purchase: your Course Fee (Regular / Early Bird) and your Accommodation Cost (if applicable).

Cancellation Policy | Course Fee

1. Course Fee: No Cash Refunds

If you cancel your attendance, your course fee is not refundable in cash.

2. Course Fee: Transfer Options

You have two options:

Transfer your course fee to someone else for the same course, or
Transfer your course fee to a future Forest Rock Qigong course.

3. Course Fee: Transferring to Another Person

If you transfer your course fee to someone else for the same course, the course fee retains its full value, and the new attendee can join at no extra cost.

4. Course Fee: Transferring to a Future Course

If you choose to transfer your course fee to a future course, the value retained depends on when you notify us in advance to the original course date:

≥ 60 days before the course: 100% of course fee can be transferred.
30-60 days before the course: 80% of course fee can be transferred.
14-30 days before the course: 50% of course fee can be transferred.
Less than 14 days before the course: No refunds or transfers are available.

5. Course Fee: Validity of Transfer

If the new course costs more: The difference must be paid.
If the new course costs less: No refunds or transfers of the excess amount.
If you originally paid for the Regular Price, you are not eligible for Early Bird Rate on the new course.
Course fee transfers are valid for 12 months from the original course’s date.

6. Course Fee: No-Shows

If you don’t attend the course without notifying us, your course fee cannot be refunded or transferred.

7. Course Fee: Processing Fee

A 5% processing fee applies to all transfers to a future course. However, you may transfer your registration to another person at no fee anytime.

8. Course Fee: Transfer Limit

If you have already cancelled your original attendance and transferred to another course, you cannot make another cancellation & transfer. You can only do so once per purchase.

Cancellation Policy | Accommodation Cost

1. Accommodation Cost: Refundable in Cash

If you cancel your attendance and you’ve booked to stay with us, your accommodation cost can be refunded in cash.

2. Accommodation Cost: Options to Transfer or Refund

You have two options:

Transfer your accommodation cost along with your deposit and course fee to someone else for the same course, or
Refund your accommodation cost in cash.

3. Accommodation Cost: Transferring to Another Person

If you transfer your accommodation cost, deposit, and course fee to someone else for the same course, the accommodation cost retains its full value, and the new attendee can join with no extra payment.

4. Accommodation Cost: Refund Rates

If you choose to refund your accommodation, the value refunded depends on when you notify us in advance to the original course date:

≥ 60 days before the course: 100% of the accommodation cost can be refunded.
30-60 days before the course: 80% of the accommodation cost can be refunded.
14-30 days before the course: 50% of the accommodation cost can be refunded.
Less than 14 days before the course: No refunds or transfers are available.
