About

The Forest Rock Qigong School

The Forest Rock Qigong School was established in 1999 by Peter Caughey — who is the last remaining teacher of the Jen Gee Dao Tai Kit Kuen Monastery School Principles and Philosophy from Southern China.

The basic principle of the School’s philosophy is to live in harmony and contentment with ourselves, other people, and with all aspects of nature.

The School’s mission is to maintain and teach the philosophy and physical practices handed down though the lineage of the Monastery School. Through the Forest Rock Trust, we sponsor four children and a small village community in East Timor.
